Mark your Calendars- December 7th & 8th South Boston Christmas House Tour
Can you believe it, the holidays are upon us already! If you've stepped into the shop you probably have noticed, its quite the winter wonderland! Besides all of the gifts and wonderment of the holidays, one of the most important values is giving back.
We have been long-standing partners with The Laboure Center, supporting Catholic Charities of Boston. Each year the South Boston Christmas Home tour is one of their leading sources of fundraising for their programming that is critical in the lives of so many in our community. As one of the largest providers of social services in Massachusetts, Catholic Charities of Boston offers nearly 75 programs and services in 26 locations around Eastern Massachusetts. In 2018 their service sites throughout Eastern Massachusetts helped 185,000 of our neediest neighbors of all faiths last year.
In years past we have partnered with the tour as a charitable partner, sold tickets at the shop, added items to the gift baskets and helped decorate a home on the tour. This year I am opening up my own home on the tour, and decorating it as well. I hope that I will see as many of you as possible walk through the doors.
