Associate Manager:


Neatly Nested is currently seeking an enthusiastic and goal-orientated associate manager! If you are passionate about customer service, retail, and leading a team, we want you!


  • Provides and ensures all guests receive excellent customer service
  • Responsible for the daily operation of shop; Ensures the department is adequately staffed, stocked, and open for business during business hours
  • Responsible for the stocking, display/presentation, and pricing of store merchandise
  • Greets and assists guests; works sales floor shifts; accurately processes guest payments by operating cash register and/or credit card machine
  • Ensures cashier duties are performed properly, cash register sales are recorded accurately, and that correct accounting procedures are followed
  • Responsible for managing team members, creating staff work schedules, and training employees in all aspects of work at the shop
  • Enforces standards, policies, and team member expectations
  • Ensures proper opening, closing, and security procedures are followed
  • Ensures shop & stock rooms remain clean, organized, and stocked
  • Ships purchased merchandise from online orders in a timely, accurate and safe manner
  • Creates and posts engaging, on-brand social media content on a daily basis, using scheduling tools
  • Responsible for overseeing all inventory operations including, ordering merchandise, sourcing new vendors, running inventory counts and reports to forecast demands, and ensuring merchandise is displayed in a timely manner
  • Receives, organizes, and files all incoming paperwork
  • Ensures a positive work environment; Facilitates problem solving and collaboration for all part-time staff
  • Acts in a professional manner; leads by example
  • Works extra shifts and hours as required for occasional events and hours shop may have
  • Covers subordinate duties as needed for additional compensation


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including ability to read, write, speak and understand English
  • Thorough knowledge of retail operations
  • Exceptional customer service skills including phone etiquette, and the ability to resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
  • Proper and accurate money handling and cash counting skills
  • Excellent supervisory and management skills
  • Ability to learn all company training materials
  • Ability to operate cash register, credit card machine and POS system accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and be self-motivated; Strong initiative and accountability, follow-up and follow-through
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and time-management skills
  • Extensive knowledge of product information to enhance a professional sales approach
  • Extensive knowledge of social media and content creation


  • Ability to remain standing for extended periods of time
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds occasionally and move many boxes around storage areas

In - Store Sales Associate

(starting at $17.50/hr)


Neatly Nested is currently seeking an individual with a positive attitude and customer-focused mindset. This position will work as part of a team that is responsible for providing superior customer service experiences to our clients while also assisting with daily responsibilities focused on receiving and processing new and existing merchandise as we receive it. 


  • Warmly greet customers and pay attention to their cues for assistance
  • Keep the store tidy and neat during your shift including daily side work
  • Assist customers with their shopping needs and proactively assist with creating gift ideas and putting together complimentary items
  • Processing & Receiving Inventory: Assist in receiving daily orders by accurately completing new inventory procedures and ensuring that the merchandise is floor ready according to company standards
  • Complete all inventory processes and all merchandise is properly checked in and ticketed
  • Process any online orders as they come through during your shift according to the proper procedures
  • Post to social media following guidelines as directed during your shift
  • Assist with maintaining and organizing back stock areas.
  • Communicate to managers and team all relevant information from your shift including customer requests, pending requests, shipping notifications and more to ensure all staff members are aware as they walk into their next shift
