When it comes to hosting a gathering at my house, I love to prepare at least one signature cocktail. Mojitos are great for summer, and easy to make. This mojito recipe would not be complete without Belvoir’s elderflower lemonade, which adds an elevated flavor, highlighting the fresh lime juice and mint.
Mojito Ingredients:
Belvoir Organic Elderflower Lemonade 25.4fl oz
1 cup white rum (such as Bacardi)
½ cup granulated sugar
3 limes, quartered
Bunch of fresh mint
Ice
Muddle sugar and mint leaves together in a pitcher until leaves are well broken down. Add limes and muddle until limes are juiced. Add desired amount of ice. Stir rum into sugar mixture; add Belvoir Elderflower Lemonade and stir until sugar is dissolved.
Note: If you’re making a mojito for one, this lemon cocktail shaker is ideal for a quick and easy drink.
Serve drinks in glass tumblrs with bamboo straws. Garnish with a lime on the rim. Keep these adorable lemon paper napkins nearby for less party clean up later.
Not a mojito person? Belvoir offers other flavors like rose and ginger beer so you can make any kind of cocktail you like, with your preferred liquor.
Bringing your drink to the beach? Keep it cold with Brumate’s Margtini tumblr. While you’re at it, keep all your food and beverages cold in this Corkcicle backpack.
